Health Declining

“Dogs do speak but only to those who know how to listen” – Orhan Pamuk

Unfortunately, Snoopy’s health continued to declined. His appetite decreased, he lacked the strength to go on walks, except whenever my brother took him to the park. Soon after, Snoopy would experience his first seizure soon after and was immediately taken to the hospital. He was provided with medication and we were informed there was no cure for his cancer. At this point, my family and I were beyond devastated because Snoopy’s quality of life was declining because of his medical condition. We were lost, and did not know what else to do. We were not ready to make any life changing decisions, but we were also heartbroken for Snoopy. Snoopy did look tired but he was also so happy, he was never cranky or isolated. He still wanted to be around us all the time. He was so affectionate, constantly wagging his tail and gave us cuddles and kisses. I do not know how he did it, but he always managed to show positive energy to the very end.
